All American Construction and Hauling (AACH) is a collaboration conceived between Glen and his father-in-law, JR Wheeler, seven years ago while they were on vacation together with their family in Lake Havasu.

AACH is actually a branch of the parent company All American Solutions. All American Solutions mostly deals in government contracts providing courier services and fuel supply across several states. But with JR having 30 years of business experience under his belt, and with over 100 employees, starting another branch dealing in the construction industry was a natural progression.  AACH offers an extensive array of services to the homeowner, from concrete outdoor kitchens to retaining walls, driveways and excavation, snow removal, hauling services.

JR, the senior partner, served overseas and was in the military from 2005 – 2013. He lives in Martinsville and has five children and eight grandchildren. One of his biggest passions is racing. He plans to return, and is planning to race in the Baja 500, Parker 400 and 250.  JR also has two horses, Doll and Max.

Glen, a partner, also lives in Martinsville. He is married to Kristen, has two daughters, Odesey, 14, and Augustine, 8, who both attend Martinsville schools. The family also has 2 dogs, Enzo and Daytona. Glen loves to fish and help out in the community.

Austin Wheeler, the project manager, lives in Franklin. He is married to Riley, and has one daughter, Paisley Mae. Austin also served in the military in the Marine Corps from 2016-2020. His passions include flying and currently is wrapping up on his commercial license. They have one dog named Mikey.
